1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the kt666 battery platform and all services operated under it. By visiting the website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have given your full agreement to these Terms.

2 Account Registration

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

kt666 battery is a 21+ platform. Any underage person opening an account or taking part in any gaming or betting activity is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification Process

To ensure the platform operates safely, kt666 battery reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. During this process, the user may be asked to submit any one of the following documents:

4 Account Security

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

6 Bonuses and Promotions

kt666 battery offers a welcome bonus for new members. Currently, a 150% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. This bonus becomes withdrawable after wagering the bonus amount 15 times.

Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• If a withdrawal is made before completing the bonus terms, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• If the same person or household attempts to claim bonuses through more than one account, all accounts may be closed.
• kt666 battery reserves the right to change or cancel bonus terms at any time.

Bonus Calculation Example

Suppose you deposit ৳1,000. With a 150% bonus you receive ৳1,500 in bonus funds, bringing your total balance to ৳2,500. You must wager ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 before you can withdraw winnings from the bonus.

A weekly cashback benefit is also available under the VIP programme. Up to 0.5% cashback is given at Bronze level, up to 1.0% at Silver level and up to 1.5% at Gold level — calculated on the week's net loss.

7 Gaming Rules

kt666 battery offers various types of games including slots, live casino, sports betting and fishing games. Each game has its own rules, and it is the member's responsibility to learn them before starting a game.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and event, and are clearly shown in the game interface. Placing a bet outside these limits will not be possible.

Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to server issues or technical problems, kt666 battery reserves the right to refund the bet amount for that game or void the result. If the internet connection is lost during a game, the user bears that responsibility.

Sports Betting

Betting odds for cricket, football and other sports are variable and update in real time. A bet will not be accepted if it is not confirmed before the odds change. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be declared void and the funds will be returned.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited for users of kt666 battery's services:

• Creating more than one account or operating another person's account.
• Resorting to fraud in order to claim bonus benefits.
• Using software bots, scripts or any other automated methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to harass, intimidate or deceive other members.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, the account will be permanently closed without prior notice and the associated balance may be confiscated.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

kt666 battery reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• By court order or direction of a law enforcement agency.

Voluntary Account Closure

If a user wishes to close their account, they may submit a written request to the support team. It is advised to withdraw any eligible balance before closing the account. If a self-exclusion request is made under the responsible gaming policy, access to the account will be restricted for a specified period.

10 Limitation of Liability

kt666 battery will not be liable for the following:

• Game losses caused by the user's internet connection being lost.
• Payment delays caused by disruption to third-party services (mobile banking operators).
• Security breaches of an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Legal complications arising from attempts to access the platform from outside Bangladesh.

12 Changes to Terms

kt666 battery reserves the right to change, add to or remove any part of these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication.

For significant changes, a notification may be sent to the registered email or mobile number. However, it is each user's responsibility to visit this page regularly and stay informed about the current Terms.

Continued use of the platform after revised Terms have been published will be taken to mean that the user has accepted the new Terms. If you object to the new Terms, the appropriate course of action is to close your account.
